Where do we deliver?

The online shop delivers within France. Corsica is served; a transport surcharge may apply there, in which case it is included in the costs calculated in your basket.

Delivery elsewhere in Europe: on quote. We also deliver to other European countries, but the online shop does not yet calculate these shipments: request a quote or contact us before ordering and we will work out the transport with you.

Delivery methods

The methods offered at the “Delivery” step of checkout depend on the products in your basket and their weight:

• Standard delivery: 2 to 4 working days after dispatch, depending on the carrier;
• Fast delivery: 24 to 48 hours after dispatch;
• Express delivery: normally the day after dispatch;
• Freight (heavy and bulky items): 48 to 72 hours after dispatch, for shipments too heavy or too large for a standard parcel;
• Collection from our workshop in Manciet (Gers): no shipping charge, at 14 route d'Espas, 32370 Manciet. Collection is by appointment: we let you know as soon as your order is ready.

These transit times are indicative and run from dispatch, once your order has been produced. As soon as it is known, an estimated delivery date appears in your order tracking, in your customer account.

Shipping costs

They are calculated automatically in your basket, based on the weight of your order (or its volume for bulky shipments), the delivery address and the chosen method. The amount is shown before payment.

• Free delivery on printed products, large-format media and promotional items, by standard or fast delivery depending on the product, as long as the parcel stays within the weight and size limits of a standard parcel;
• Custom textiles: free delivery from €150 excl. VAT of products in the basket; below that, shipping costs are calculated in the basket;
• Express delivery and freight: charged, at the amount calculated in the basket;
• Collection from the workshop: no shipping charge.

Tracking your parcel

From dispatch, the tracking number and the link to the carrier's website, when the carrier provides one, appear in the order details in your customer account.

On receipt

Check the condition of your parcels in the presence of the delivery driver. If anything is damaged, write precise reservations on the delivery note and confirm them to us in writing within 3 working days. Full conditions are set out in our terms and conditions of sale.
