Dispatch of your parcel

Parcels are generally dispatched within 2 days of payment being received. They are sent via UPS with a tracking number and delivered without a signature. Parcels may also be sent via UPS Extra and delivered against signature. Please contact us before choosing this delivery method, as it incurs additional charges. Whichever delivery method you choose, we send you a link so that you can track your parcel online.

Shipping charges include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport charges vary according to the total weight of the parcel. We recommend that you group all your items into a single order. We cannot group together two orders placed separately, and shipping charges apply to each of them. Your parcel is dispatched at your own risk, but particular care is taken with fragile items.

The boxes are appropriately sized and your items are properly protected.
